👗 Discipled Youth Academy Dress Code
At Discipled Youth Academy, we are committed to creating a respectful, Christ-centered environment. As part of that, we ask all students to dress modestly and appropriately for a learning setting.
General Guidelines:
- Clothing must fully cover the torso, including the abdomen, back, sides, chest, and cleavage.
- Undergarments should never be visible — whether standing, sitting, bending, or reaching.
- See-through clothing, clothing with cut-outs, or netting is not allowed.
- Clothing must be free of inappropriate messages, including:
- Words, symbols, acronyms, or pictures with gore, blood, or inappropriate content.
- T-shirts with offensive or suggestive graphics or phrases.
Shirts & Tops:
- Must fully cover the torso and undergarments at all times.
- Sleeveless tops are allowed, but the following are not permitted:
- Tank tops
- Tube tops
- Halter tops
- Midriff or cropped tops
- Revealing or low-cut shirts
Bottoms:
- Skirts and dresses must be at least knee-length.
- Shorts must be mid-thigh length or longer.
- Leggings or tights may only be worn if the shirt, dress, or tunic worn over them is mid-thigh length or longer.
- Pants, shorts, and skirts must sit at the natural waistline (not worn low).
